If your token keeps disconnecting it is due to security triggers on Facebook side

that they do not share due to privacy reasons. To learn more about the potential triggers, please see this article for more detail:

In this article, we will walk you through reconnecting your authorized login to keep your token connected for longer.

*Please note before you do this process you will need to have your Facebook

password handy, as you will have to re-login to Facebook.

First, login to your Facebook account and access the security section here:

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security and make sure you are on the main personal Facebook profile, not a secondary Facebook account. You can switch between different profiles by clicking on your picture on the top right corner.

Once there, the left side of your screen should look like this:

Click on "Security and Login"

Go to 'Authorized Logins' under Two Factor Authentication and click 'view'

Here, you will have a list of your logins that have been authorized under your

account. The top options under “This Device” should be your current login.

Make sure to click the check box beside 'This device' as that's likely the device you are going to use and are trying to authenticate with.

For the check box under 'Other devices', it's optional but recommended for security. You can select the ones that's unused/unrecognized/outdated and click the 'Remove' button at the bottom.

☝️Once removed, log out of your Facebook account and log in again.

Next, reconnect your Facebook token here: https://streettext.com/boost/settings/authorizations

🎊And now that should keep your StreetText account connected with Facebook!
