We recommend updating your buyers funnel list every 1-2 weeks, to keep it updated. You can do this from right within your account.

If you are changing the list and it is a PDF, please do the following:

If the list is a direct link to properties on your MLS, please scroll down to the section for "URL".

Login to your StreetText account, go to the "Settings" gear at the top right, and scroll down the page to Funnel Settings and click "Assets".

From here, you will use the "Choose File" button to upload your PDF of properties. After you have found your PDF, you will need to click "Upload" for it to upload.

After the PDF has uploaded, you will need to copy the very long link that has created beside it.

Now you will need to go to the emails section within your account. Go to Settings (the gear at top right), scroll down to find the 'All Email' tab.

Find your buyers email (not the notification email) and hover your mouse over it to "Edit"

Take your mouse and highlight the text for the link to listings, click the "Remove Link" icon in the email toolbar.

Now click the "Add Link" icon directly to the left of the icon you just clicked.

When the web address option shows up, you will want to remove the https:// that is in the box and paste the long link to your PDF of the listings (that you uploaded to the Assets earlier) then click "OK"

After that is done, make sure to "Save Email" before exiting.

You can send yourself a test using the "Test" icon in the top right.

Great - you are all done.
