In order to use any of the templates that use the Facebook Lead Forms you will need to make sure that you have the following things set up.
Accept the Lead Ad Terms of Service
Go to the following link. Select your business page in the drop down at the top of the page and just click on accept it not already accepted.

Connect StreetText to your Business Page Leads
Go into StreetText>Settings>Pages or use the following link. On the business page that you want to run ads on in StreetText make sure that the leads are connected and it is set as your primary page.
Set StreetText as a CRM in the Facebook Business Manager
You will need to set StreetText as a CRM in your Business Manager. To do so you can click on the following link.

Then do the following:
Click on Integrations > Leads Access in the left hand menu if not already selected
Select your Business Page
Click on the CRMs tab
Click on Assign CRMs if StreetText is not already there
Select StreetText and assign
Congrats you are now ready to launch any of the lead ads including the Property Listing, Open House and Buyer ads.
