There are 2 types of iList Ad Templates available in StreetText:
Lead Ads
The iList Lead Ad Templates use the Facebook lead forms to capture lead information (name, email and phone number). Facebook lead forms unfortunately do not provide a way to capture addresses. In the Facebook lead form the lead will enter their information first and then be sent to the iList landing page where they will be prompted to enter their address.
Upon entering their address the lead will then have the opportunity to create a seller dashboard (login) with iList. If the lead proceeds with entering more information on iList to create the seller dashboard (name, email, phone number), iList will send StreetText that information to update the lead within StreetText. The result is that if someone only enters an address on the iList landing page, you at least have their contact info to follow up on their interest.
When to use this Ad Template: using the Lead Ads to capture leads will maximize clicks and generate more leads. However the leads generated through the Lead Ads may be less serious leads and require more follow up.
Conversion Ads
The iList Conversion Ad Templates use StreetText forms to capture the leads address. Upon clicking the ad the potential lead will be directed to a StreetText landing page where we will ask them for their address. The address information left will be sent to an iList landing page and the lead can then enter more information (name, email, telephone number) to create a seller dashboard. If the lead continues to create a seller dashboard, the additional information (name, email, telephone number) is sent back to StreetText to record that a lead has been captured from that ad
With the Conversion Ads, a potential lead may enter their address into the StreetText form but abandon the process when they are directed to the iList landing page to enter more personal details. The lead will go no further if the potential lead does not enter their additional information through the iList landing page to create the seller dashboard.
When to use this Ad Template: using the Conversion Ads will capture less clicks as the information required to capture the lead will be more in depth. The customer must enter all of their information (address, name, email and telephone number) before the system will capture them as a lead. This typically results in more serious leads but increases your cost per lead as the quality of the lead should be better than the quality of leads generated through the Lead Ad templates.
When to use this Ad Template: using the Conversion Ads will capture fewer leads per click. The customer must enter all of their information (address, name, email and telephone number) before the system will capture them as a lead. This typically results in more serious leads but increases your cost per lead. However the quality of the lead should be better than the quality of leads generated through the Lead Ad templates.
