If you're having trouble with your StreetText password, you can reset that by accessing the following link below. For Course (Thinkific hosted) information we discuss that in the bottom half.
Once here, you'll be prompted to type in the email address connected to your StreetText account.
From here, you'll be sent an email asking you to create a new password so you can continue accessing your StreetText account!
Please check your spam/other inboxes if you do not see the email within 5minutes.
If you continue to not see an email please reach out to support and they can clarify the email address related to your account and see if there are any issues with 'bouncing' emails.
Note: our StreetText Academy courses are hosted on a platform called Thinkific. This is a separate website and users would either have (or can create) an account to access the courses there. If you have forgotten your Thinkific login please follow their steps to recover your account.
