How do I cancel or pause my account?

Cancelling your StreetText account.

7-Day Trial

If you are on a 7-day trial, you do NOT need to cancel as we do not auto charge. Your trial will automatically end and all ads you have running will also be shut off. Note: If your StreetText account and Facebook are disconnected, ads will not auto shut off.

You can make sure all your ads are turned off in the Facebook Ad Manager:


Before you cancel your account completely, consider going “On-Hold”. The On-Hold option allows you to still have access to your dashboard, your leads, and all StreetText resources. It also locks you into your current subscription rate and no prepayment will be required from you when you are ready to activate the ads and return to StreetText. You can place your account on hold for $50 per month.

This is the perfect plan for those who are needing time to catch up on their leads, time to learn best practices, time to deal with life, or just need time to convert leads into listings without losing access to their account.

Please note that your Facebook ads are not active during the “On-Hold” period, so no new leads will come in.

Are you still looking to part ways? We absolutely understand. We do require 7-days' notice prior to your billing date so we can cancel the account.

To terminate the subscription, please complete the required form 7-days before your billing date -

If a cancellation request is not received within 7-days, the renewal will still process and no refunds will be issued as stated in the terms and conditions when you became a member. Your account will cancel at the end of the following month if it isn't received in time.
