Follow up is critical to getting the most success out of your StreetText leads. You should have a process in place for all leads. A basic process could be something similar to:

  1. Phone immediately (leave voicemail)

  2. Email with a request to call

  3. Email 2 hours later with CMA

  4. Phone next day (no voicemail)

  5. Email

This is a very simple follow-up system and is meant for example only.  Please ensure you have a specific system for all types of leads (address only, partial, completed etc.)
