You have active StreetText ads running on Facebook Ad Manager and you know it's running because leads are coming into StreetText and there is a number beside the ads page like this:

But when you visit the Ads page, nothing is showing.

This could be caused by the latest version of Ad Blocker that's installed on your browser.

We notice these Ad Blockers are flagging StreetText ads and hide our ads under the ads page.

If you are using Google Chrome:

Go to the extension page and turn off any ad blockers.

If you are using Safari:

Click on Safari on the top bar

and click Settings

and click Extensions

make sure ad blockers are turned off on there.
