StreetText uses Facebook advertising to attract buyers and sellers to a proprietary lead capture funnel. Leads click on the Facebook ad and are directed to a form where they provide information such as; Name, Phone Number, Email, and other relevant information about their request.

They support three distinct ad types – Home Evaluation Ads, Lead Ads, and Traffic Ads – each designed to cater to different lead collection needs and data types.

Ad Types and Data Collection

StreetText supports the following types of Facebook ads, each focused on collecting specific lead information:

  • Home Evaluation Ads: These forms are external to Facebook and collect comprehensive details such as name, home address, expected selling time frame, email, and phone number. Home Evaluation Ads are ideal for users seeking in-depth lead details.

  • Lead Ads: Leveraging Facebook's built-in forms, these ads gather basic information such as name, email, and phone number. Note that Facebook does not allow adding custom fields like address or expected selling time frame.

  • Traffic Ads: This ads will send traffic directly to a url of your choosing. These ads do not collect lead info.

You are notified of a new lead via an email notification prompting you to follow-up with that lead.

If you are on the Scale plan StreetText can automatically enhance those leads with more info such as, home ownership, last sold date, current market value and DNC list.

StreetText captures lead information at various stages, so we highly encourage you to login to your account frequently to check for leads that did not complete all details.

Additionally, to enhance lead quality and engagement, consider matching the ad format to your goals, using retargeting campaigns, and implementing nurturing tactics like email drip campaigns.
