Sometimes when a new CRM gets connected to Facebook lead ads it can remove permission from StreetText.
Below are the first steps to make sure StreetText has the correct permissions set up.
2. Click "Remove" beside StreetText.
3. Disconnect and reconnect your Facebook account to StreetText. Go to this link and click to remove the integration. Once the page refreshes click to reconnect and follow the steps.

Finally you may have other CRMs connected to Facebook. Those CRMs can take the leads before they come into StreetText. This can cause all sorts of issues. You can easily remove those CRMs by going to the Facebook Business Integrations page and removing them.
