Sometimes when a new CRM gets connected to Facebook lead ads it can remove permission from StreetText.
Below is how to resolve this issue:
First: Go to business integrations
Second: Click "View and edit" beside StreetText.
Third: Scroll down to "Access leads for your Pages"
Make sure your page under "Access leads for your Pages" is selected, if it is not, select it and click SAVE.
