To do this, we require that you first upload the video(s) that you are wanting to add to your YouTube account.

Step 1: Create a Thumbnail Image of the Video

First you will want to create a Thumbnail image for the the video you can use canva to create this or just take a screenshot from the video.

Next go to https://streettext.com/boost/settings/assets in the dashboard and upload the screenshot you just took.

Step 2: Add the video to an email

Start by copying the img url from the assets that was just uploaded in the previous step and save it in a notepad or text document for later.

Next you will have to add the image to the email template and link to the video. In StreetText go to the automation that contains the email you want to add the video to. You can do this by going to the ads section and selecting "Edit Automation".

In the automation find the email you want to edit and select to edit the email.

In the email edit screen select Insert > Image.

Now copy and paste the image url where it says source and click "Ok".

The image should now be inserted into the email. You might have to scale the image to fit the email. Once you are happy with the size of the image and placement select the image.

To go the video on Youtube and select "Share" under the video and copy the share link.

Go back to StreetText and with the image selected click on the link button in the tool menu. Then paste in the link where it says URL.

Make sure to hit 'Save Email' at the bottom of the page.

If you want to make sure it works you can send a test email to yourself by clicking on the "test" button on the top right corner of the email editor.

And thats it! If you run into any problems or have any other questions, reach out to [email protected]
