Listing Watch: see when your contacts list or come off the market

We check your contacts' addresses against local listings on the schedule you choose, and show you when a home lists, changes price or comes off the market.

Written by Stephen Whiting

Listing Watch checks your contacts' addresses against the local listings, zip code by zip code, on the schedule you choose. When a contact's home lists, comes back on the market, changes price or comes off the market, you see it:

  • On the contact list, with filters for newly listed, back on the market, price change, came off the market, on the market now, luxury and starred.

  • On the contact's page, with the listing price, the agent, days on market and the full listing history.

  • In Listing Activity, your feed of every change across your contacts.

  • In an email after each check, when it found something new.

Homes priced well above their area are marked Luxury.

Choose how often we check

Listing Watch is on by default. The account owner or an admin can change how often we check, or turn it off, in Settings → Listing Watch.

  • Monthly is the default and is included in your plan: 20 zip codes on Grow, 100 on Pro, 1,000 on Scale. With more zip codes than that, we watch the first ones your plan covers, or you can turn on overage to watch them all.

  • Weekly and daily catch listings sooner. Daily shows a listing the day it hits the market. Both check every zip code you have, so they run on overage when they go past your plan.

  • The settings page shows what your choice costs before you save.

Star a listing to hear when it comes off the market

Tap the star on a contact's listing card. When a check finds that home came off the market, you get a notification in StreetText, a note on the contact's timeline, and a line in the next Listing Watch email. If it relists and comes off again, you hear again.

Starred homes stay in the Starred tab, with where each one stands now, until you unstar them.

Came off the market

When a contact's listing comes off the market, we show how long it was listed and with whom. The listing alone can't tell you whether it sold or was pulled. LeadReveal checks the deed: if your contact still owns the home, it didn't sell, and they were trying to sell recently. That is a warm conversation.

Teach your Facebook and Instagram ads who your sellers are

When LeadReveal confirms a contact owns their home and that home lists, we send that seller to your Meta ad account with your average deal value, when you have set one. Your ads stop chasing clicks and start finding people like your real sellers.

  • Only contacts the deed confirms as the owner are sent. A listing on a home your contact doesn't own teaches your ads nothing, so we don't send it. The contact's page shows whether the owner is confirmed.

  • You can also send any contact yourself with Send as seller signal on their page, or pick a tag so every contact you tag is sent.

  • The only contact details sent are their email and phone, scrambled before they leave StreetText.

  • Each listing is sent once. A relist counts as a new listing.

  • Set your average deal value in your lead settings. If it's blank, the signal is sent without a value.

  • Turn it off any time under Settings → Listing Watch.

You need a connected Meta ad account for this part.

Who sees what

Owners and admins see Listing Activity, the settings and the ads controls. Agents see listing status on their own contacts and their Starred tab, and get star alerts only for their own contacts.
