See what needs your attention in Conversations

Use the Unread, AI Approvals and Failed tabs and the Engaged filter to find the conversations that need you, straight from your dashboard.

Written by Troy Mack

The Conversations page now sorts your texts into tabs, so you can go straight to the conversations that need you instead of scrolling the whole list. Your dashboard counts the same things and takes you to the right tab in one click.

The tabs

Above your conversation list you will see four tabs. Each one shows a coloured dot on the matching conversations.

  • All shows every conversation, newest first.

  • Unread (amber dot) shows conversations with a text you have not opened yet. Opening the conversation marks it read and takes it off the list.

  • AI Approvals (purple dot) shows conversations where Julie has written a reply that is waiting for you to approve. Approve it, edit and send it, or dismiss it, and the conversation drops off. If you text that contact yourself first, Julie's draft is no longer needed and drops off too.

  • Failed (red dot) shows conversations where the last text you sent did not get through, for example because the number cannot receive texts. The thread shows There was an error sending this message under it. Once a newer message lands in the conversation, it leaves this tab.

Unread: the conversations with a text you have not opened yet.

AI Approvals: open a conversation to review Julie's suggested reply, then Approve & send, Edit or Dismiss it.

Failed: the text that did not get through is shown in red, with the error underneath.

Engaged

Click Engaged next to the search box to show only contacts who have replied to you at least once. Engaged contacts have a green dot on their photo. You can use Engaged on its own or together with any tab, for example Unread and Engaged to see unread texts from people who are already talking with you. Click Engaged again to turn it off.

From your dashboard

Under Needs your attention on your dashboard:

  • Unread conversations shows how many conversations have an unread text. Click it to open Conversations on the Unread tab.

  • AI drafts to approve shows how many conversations have a reply from Julie waiting for you. Click it to open Conversations on the AI Approvals tab.

The number on each tile always matches the conversations on the tab it opens, and it goes down as you work through them.

Good to know

  • The tabs are for texts, so they show on the SMS and All channels. The Email channel does not have them yet.

  • AI Approvals and the AI drafts to approve tile only appear when Julie, your AI Concierge, is on for your account.

  • If you work as a teammate who only sees the contacts assigned to you, your tabs and dashboard numbers only count those contacts.

  • Use the + button next to Engaged to start a new conversation with any contact.
