LeadReveal fills in who a lead really is: the homeowner, the property, the estimated value and a check on the phone number. During your trial you can see it work on your own leads, free, for your first 20 of them. Nothing is charged at any point in a trial.
How it works
Trial enrichments are switched on by your account manager rather than by you, so that you get a short conversation about what the data is good for before any of it starts arriving. That means a lead's property panel shows one of three things during your trial.
1. Before it is switched on
Once your trial has produced its first lead, the panel explains that these leads can be enriched and invites you to book a call. Nothing is looked up in the meantime. Press Book a call and pick a time that suits you, and your account manager can switch it on during or after the call.
2. Once it is switched on
New leads are enriched automatically as they arrive, up to 20. The panel shows how many of the 20 you have used, and says plainly that it is included in your trial and nothing is charged. There is no balance to fund and no overage switch to think about: neither applies to a trial.
3. Once your 20 are used
Enrichment stops, and the panel tells you so rather than going quiet. It points you at the plans that include enrichments every month: Pro includes 20 a month and Scale includes 150 a month. Nothing is charged and nothing is switched off behind your back.
If a lead has no address
Some leads arrive with a phone number or an email address but no property address, and there is nothing to look up without one. When that happens the panel offers Add the address yourself underneath the Reveal button.
Open it, fill in the street and the ZIP or postal code (city and state are optional), then press Save or just hit Enter. The address is saved to the contact as their mailing address, and the panel switches over ready to reveal. A missing street or ZIP is caught before anything is sent, and Cancel closes the form without saving.
What happens after your trial
Your trial enrichments do not roll over. If you move onto a plan that includes enrichments, your monthly allowance starts fresh, and anything past it is paid from a balance you top up. See Paying for LeadReveal: your allowance, balance and auto top-up for how that works.
