LeadReveal fills in who your lead really is: the homeowner, the property, the estimated value and a check on the phone number. Some of that is included with your plan every month, and anything past it is paid from a balance you top up. This article explains both, and how to make sure enrichment never stops without you knowing.
What your plan includes each month
Each plan comes with a number of enrichments included:
Scale: 150 a month
Pro: 20 a month
Grow: no monthly enrichments, so every lead is paid from your balance
Trial: 20 for the life of your trial, set up by your account manager
You can see your allowance and how much of it you have used in two places, and they always agree: LeadReveal settings, New Leads tab, and your Balance page.
What a lead costs past your allowance
Once your included enrichments are used, each lead is charged to your balance at your plan's rate. The bigger plans include more and charge less per lead:
A lead with a phone number: Grow $0.50, Pro $0.38, Scale $0.28
A lead with only an email address: Grow $0.60, Pro $0.48, Scale $0.35
The price is always shown under the Reveal button before anything is charged, and you are only charged when a lookup actually finds something.
Keeping going past your allowance
On Pro and Scale, a switch called Keep going past the allowance decides what happens when your included enrichments run out. With it off, new leads simply stop being enriched and nothing is charged.
Because overage is paid from a balance, turning the switch on asks you to add funds in the same step. You will see the per-lead rate, a choice of amounts, and keep me topped up already ticked. Confirm, and you come back to the New Leads tab with overage on, your balance shown, and your top-up amount and threshold. If you change your mind and cancel, the switch goes back to off and nothing is charged.
On Grow there is no overage switch at all. Grow includes no monthly enrichments, so your balance is what decides: add funds and your leads are enriched, either automatically as they arrive or one at a time when you press Reveal. With an empty balance, new leads arrive unenriched and the tab offers you Add Funds.
Auto top-up: keep me topped up
Auto top-up is what stops enrichment dying the first time your balance empties. You choose an amount to add and a threshold to add it at, and when your balance falls below that threshold the amount is charged to your card automatically. The minimum top-up is $20.
Two things worth knowing:
The threshold cannot be higher than the top-up amount. If you set one that is, you will be told.
Turning auto top-up off always works, whatever amounts are stored.
If your balance is already empty when a new lead arrives and you have asked to be kept topped up, the top-up is taken first and then the lead is enriched. If your card is declined, nothing is bought, nothing is charged, and you are emailed to tell you so. That used to be the quietest failure of all, because you believed you were covered.
When we email you
You will hear from us at three points, each once a month:
Approaching your allowance, at 80% of your included enrichments.
Allowance used. This one tells you how to keep going: leads now come from your balance if you are set up for it, or how to add funds if you are not.
Enrichment has paused. Your allowance is gone and your balance cannot cover another lead, so new leads are arriving without their property details. If a card was declined, the email says so.
Add funds, or turn the overage switch on, and the paused state clears. The same three states are visible in the product, not just by email, so you never have to go hunting for why a lead came in bare.
