We've tidied up Settings so each page covers one topic instead of the same thing being spread across several pages. Nothing has been taken away — a few things have simply moved to a more sensible home. Here's where to find them.
If you have an old page bookmarked, don't worry: it will take you to the right place automatically.
Your profile and password
Everything about you personally now lives on one page.
Go to Settings > Profile.
Update your name, email address and contact details.
Change your password from the card on the same page — enter your current password, then your new one twice, and save.
Your mobile number is now required. We use it to reach you about your account and to keep it secure, so you'll be asked to fill it in the next time you save your profile if it's blank.
Locked out and can't sign in at all? You don't need this page — use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen instead.
Your Facebook connection
Everything to do with Facebook and Meta is on a single integration page.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Meta.
Change your Facebook Page — pick a different Page from the ones your Facebook profile manages.
Change your ad account — choose which Facebook ad account your ads run through.
Re-sync your leads — pull in recent Facebook lead-form leads again if you think something is missing.
If your connection has dropped, this is also the page that tells you and lets you reconnect.
Your monthly ad budget
Your monthly budget is now set in the Growth Planner, alongside the rest of your plan for the month, so the number you're budgeting and the results you're aiming for sit side by side. Set it there and save — it applies to your ad spend exactly as before.
Notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications for everything you're told about and how.
Choose which alerts you receive and on which channels. Each person on the account sets their own.
Account owners and admins also manage email rules here — which incoming emails are matched to your leads and how they're handled.
Ad defaults
The page that pre-fills the details of a new ad — the information used again and again each time you launch — is now called Ad Default Settings. Fill it in once and every new ad starts from those values.
Conversation settings
Everything about how your conversations behave is on Settings > Conversation Settings: your texting and messaging preferences, and — for accounts that have the AI Concierge — Julie's settings, including her name, how she's briefed, and her calendar.
Can't find something?
Open Settings and look down the list — each entry now says plainly what it covers. If you're still stuck, start a chat with us from inside your account and we'll point you straight to it.
