What is the AI Concierge?
The AI Concierge is Julie working on your behalf inside StreetText. She's designed to help you stay on top of incoming leads and conversations without you having to watch your inbox every minute. You stay in control the whole time â Julie works within the settings you choose.
Who it's for
The AI Concierge is available to accounts with Conversations.
How you'll know it's available
The first time it appears for you, you'll see a one-time "Meet Julie, your AI Concierge" announcement card on your dashboard with a short demo. You can dismiss it once you've had a look â dismissing it hides it everywhere, and it won't come back.
Where to find it
Open Settings.
Select AI Concierge.
Use the AI Concierge settings page to review and adjust how Julie works for you. Your changes are saved as you go.
If you see a "Coming Soon" card instead of the settings page, the AI Concierge hasn't been switched on for your account yet â nothing changes for you until it is.
