We noticed your Facebook Page is in a Business Manager. You will need to add StreetText as a CRM in order for leads to come into StreetText.

Head to your Business Manager's Leads Access settings here:

1. Click on the CRMs tab
2. Click Assign CRMs

If you see that StreetText is already there as a connected CRM, then there is nothing further to do and you are all done. ✅
