When contacting a lead via mail for the first time, many of us would send an approximate CMA, a quick letter asking to call you back and a business card.
While having all the necessary contact details, your business card doesn't tell a lead who you are and why they should trust you.
Joe Koltes, our client and a successful realtor in Champlin, Minnesota sends a trifold brochure along with a CMA, "I do believe my trifold brochure is a great thing to go with my CMA and letter" - says Joe. "These people know ZERO about us. So if you can show them a few pictures, your bio, testimonials from your past clients - it can make a difference. I think we have to assume that some throw them away, but if it's quality, they may hold onto it versus just a letter and a card".
Joe orders his brochures via VistaPrint, a company that allows him to design and order printed marketing materials, signage, and promotional products directly from his office and serves both American and Canadian markets.
