Handling Objections on the Phone

Many agents find it hard to call leads as handling objections on the phone is not easy and often emotionally draining. "I'm not planning to sell right now!", "I was just curious!", "I just wanted a free home valuation of my house, I didn't want to talk to anybody!" - are just a few objections that agents will hear. How to handle those?

As in many other cases, it all comes down to the mindset and having the right approach.
