Since we frequently chat with our clients about systems and processes they have in place to nurture leads, we've noticed that even though many might follow the same follow-up process, subtle differences in what or how they do things lead to very different results.

Below is a collection of things that top performing agents do differently that bring them a lot of success on a regular basis.

Take a look, and learn some new small changes you can make in your systems that will make a big difference to your outcomes.

Sending a Friend Request on Facebook
Facebook is the quickest way to get a lead to engage, however, not many agents add their leads as friends on Facebook. Think about it, if a lead engages with your ad on Facebook, what better way to reach out to them than Facebook?

Whatever information your lead leaves you, be it their email, phone number, name - plug it into Facebook, search for their profile and send them a friend request. You can even do this with address only submission! Pull up the lead through their tax records, find their names and start the conversation back on Facebook.

Adding leads as your friend on Facebook makes you go from having very little information to having a lot.

Taking Advantage of Facebook Messenger
Take full advantage of Facebook Messenger. Its features include the ability to send voice and video messages and being able to see who opens and interacts with them.

We always encourage our clients to have a self-introduction video, as the likability factor is huge. Remember, 93% of communication is body language and tone, and not the words themselves. That is why emails can be read so many different ways, but having a 30-second self-introduction video to can allow you to have that first strong impression and make people like and trust you.
