This week we collected  expert advice from our top performing agents so you can learn from
their top techniques and most valuable strategies.

From hosting webinars, profile pieces, and interviews, we've been able to compile a collection of short clips to help answer some of your pressing questions.

Subscribe to our YouTube Channel for the full versions of the webinars, but for now, take a look at the video's posted below. Dave Ehlke, Donna Swanzy,  and Gina Wade have all had exceptional years because of these following strategies.

Dave Ehlke

Dave Ehlke is a realtor in the Forest Lake, Minnesota area who’s been growing exponentially in the last few months. Often times in Real Estate, people are focused so much on the sale, that building a natural connection and relationship with a client gets put on the back burner. Dave does the opposite. Here is some of his advice about reaching out, being candid and staying committed to the process.

Donna Swanzy

Donna is a realtor Fort Worth, Texas, who has a unique approach, that goes against the grain with what is standard in the Real Estate world. She doesn’t call leads.  In the clip below she talks about the mistakes she made at the beginning and the follow-up process that works really well for her.

Here are templates of some letters that Donna uses to send to her leads.

Gina Wade

Gina is a realtor in West Georgia, who has been working as an independent realtor for the last two years and is thriving. "It's kind of funny, but I do really like address only submissions. I've gotten more clients out of them". Here is how she goes about her follow up.
