"Prepare to sell in spring" Email

Here is  an example of an email to send to your leads in slow/cold season. Many people don't want  to sell during winter, so Joe figured why fight it. Embracing waiting till spring takes a little pressure off your leads and  makes it easier to invite you over.

Dear Cindy,  

Hope you are doing well! Many do not want to sell over the cold winter months, however the spring market is going to be upon us before we know it. We use this time of year to tour homes and develop a strategy for a successful sale. Typically we are talking about what may need to be done prior to selling and we also need to have an accurate estimate of value. That being said, It would be a great idea to set up a time to tour your home.
