Step # 3 Letting the Lead Know You Have Received Request and are working on it
Update email # 1 with a video indicating your received info and are working on it. Ask for more info for better accuracy. Step #4 Providing a CMA
Send a internet’s best guess home value or a simple one page RPR or cloud CMA home value report emphasizing a more accurate value is something you can provide with a 15 minute walk through. See how to video in guide 2
Step #5 Verifying and Checking in on CMA provided
Use trackable tools to send the CMA which will indicate whether it was opened or watched. Reach out through various channels to ensure they received their value and ask for feedback regarding whether they thought the value was accurate. Re-send value when unopened or unwatched.
Step #6 Add to long term Systems and Follow Up
Through StreetText or your preferred CRM ensure the lead is placed on a long nurture campaign relevant to their home value inquiry and the seller journey. Also add to event and newsletter updates. Reachout perodically to offer an unsolictied home value or let them know it is time to update their home value and offer them an updated look at their home value.
